The warehouse of I’m Ethical is shared with other companies of our city and we have an integrated shipping system. What do we achieve with this? Managing your shipments always with the highest possible quality, reducing our environmental footprint and ensuring the availability of the garments.
We believe in our philosophy of Slow Fashion, and for this reason you can only buy through our website the items of clothing that we physically have. We never make sales that oblige to perform a less efficient transport. If we indicate you that the garment is not available, you can't buy it, but you can contact us to know when it will be in our warehouse.
The company I’m Ethical is Spanish, but our philosophy is global. We put our products at the disposal of every country we can, and we encourage everyone to do it as well; the more people are part of the solution, the smaller is the problem. Select your country of the European Union to purchase or, if you can’t, do it from the European version.
Shipments will be free of charge, as long as they reach the amount of 150€ in products, after having applied possible discounts. In the case that you don't reach that amount, don’t worry. We are still the most competitive, because it only costs 9,95€ in the case of the normal mode of transport.
For an express delivery, there is a service by plane, which would cost 15,95€ (6,95€ if you exceed the minimum amount of 150€). From I’m Ethical we don’t recommend you this option, as its shipment is the most polluting one.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, United Kingdom, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal, Spain.
Please note that there may be new customs in any of these countries, and you will might have to pay an amount when receiving it, which would be charged by the custom. Unfortunately, these fees are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible.
The transit time is from 3 to 5 days with the standard service. With the express service, it will take between 1 and 2 days to make the delivery. The best way to compete with the industry standard is to give the best treatment to our clients. We achieve that by collaborating with the best transport companies (GLS and DHL).
Similarly, we understand that per every 100 km we produce 44 kg of CO2, so we are preparing an annual CO2 compensation project through replanting of forests, where we will be able to compensate almost 50 tons per planted tree.
All deliveries, both urgent and not, will always have a tracking number, which we will send you via e-mail. Moreover, there will be two delivery attempts of your order at your address.
Shipments can be subject to customs fees. For this reason, all these orders may have a copy of the purchase receipt on an envelope attached to the box. We are developing new packaging that has never been used in Europe, which will be as ecological as possible, although we are now sending the orders in boxes made from recycled and recyclable cardboard, because everything counts.
